Privacy: Any information you submit to us will be kept in the strictest confidence possible. We do not sell, trade, give away or transfer your private information for any reason.

Shipping Methods:
Shipping method will be determined at the time the order is packaged and made ready for shipping. Most orders ship WITHIN 24 Hours of being placed. Method of shipping will be made based on weight of package and destination. If you have multiple shipping addresses Like a P.O. Box and a home or business address Please provide both.

Delivery Area Surcharge:
If the delivery address you provide has a "delivery area surcharge" See Chart, We will choose the most affordable and fastest way to deliver your package to that address. Please note that inside this area is more expensive to deliver and may take longer (up to 21+ DAYS) for the delivery to be made.
We strongly recommend that you choose to upgrade your delivery options as outlined below.

Need it FASTER?
We will upgrade your shipping method at your request and expense if your order total is greater than $35.00.

How we calculate the shipping upgrade:
We use our discounts and give you a credit of $5.95 towards the actual cost. Example: If your actual order shipping cost is $10.95.
We would bill you only $5.00 for the upgrade. $10.95 - $5.95 credit = $5.00. instead of getting your order in 10 to 20+ days you would have it in 3 to 7 days.

Here's how to do it.
On the order form is a space for Special instructions/comments.
Just copy and paste the following message into the blank space:
Upgrade my shipping to Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air, I agree to pay the actual shipping cost of the entire order.

**If all items are in stock we will expedite the shipping as requested at your additional expense.**

Shipping & Handling:
Shipping and Handling charges are for contiguous U.S. states delivery only, Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and  FPO,  APO addresses are NOT INCLUDED. All orders needing shipping outside the contiguous USA WILL BE CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST PLUS 7% HANDLING FEE. FREE SHIPPING is available to contiguous U.S. customers only-Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and  FPO,  APO addresses are NOT INCLUDED. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of all orders. All orders submitted are considered as processed and are valid orders. Canceling the order after it has been placed will be considered as a return and will be processed as a return.

Important Shipping  Notice: All shipped packages requiring "address corrections"  will be automatically billed $16.50 "address correction fee" for each package.
Please be sure you provide the latest most accurate address available...nobody wins if address corrections are required. Thank You.

Free Shipping: Orders placed with free shipping will be shipped at the end of our shipping day after all paid shipments are ready to be shipped. We do not break free shipping orders into multiple shipments because an item has been back ordered unless otherwise agreed upon. Free shipping orders can take up to 21 days for delivery depending or the delivery area. For zip codes listed with a "delivery area surcharge" Please see Chart.

Cancellations:
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR ORDER ENTRY SYSTEM IS AUTOMATED TO SPEED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER.
Because our systems are automated we can NOT stop or change orders already placed.
All orders placed online via our site are considered as processed. We reserve the right to charge a 9.5% cancellation fee to cover the cost associated with credit card fees and credits back to you. Credit card payment reversals (charge Backs) found to be fraudulent will be charged an additional $45.00 reversal fee. This fee and any legal fees will be charged to the customer and payment will be expected within 7 business days. All none paid accounts will be sent to a collections agency for further processing.

Not sure what you need:
Please DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER! If you place your order and ask us to confirm on the order form its to late to make any changes. The order form goes into the warehouse and the selectors do not have model numbers to check and verify if what you ordered is correct. Please  Contact Us if your not sure. incorrect orders shipped can be exchanged at your expense.

Pricing:
OnlineVacshop.com offers some of the most aggressive pricing in our industry. We make every effort to bring you the very lowest prices possible. Consequently, OnlineVacshop.com reserves the right to make price adjustments up or down without notice.

Returns & Exchanges:
All returned items to OnlineVacshop.com must have a RMA number and be in original UNOPENED packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please  Contact Us to get your RMA number.
There is a 20% or $12.50 restocking fee what ever is greater on all returned merchandise. Orders shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have $15.00 deducted from the credit after the restocking fee has been calculated.
Product exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee but a $10.00 processing fee will be applied. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Warrantee:
All items are sold as is unless otherwise indicated. Some products carry a manufacturers warrantee that is strictly at the discretion of the manufacturer Not OnlineVacshop.com.

Personal Checks: Personal checks are accepted however, merchandise will not ship until checks have cleared the banks (approximately 2 weeks). We have a $20 Bad check fee.

Security: OnlineVacshop.com makes every effort to protect your privacy. Our secure order system limits the chance of third party data interception. Use of this site is at the consumer's own risk.

Trade Marks: All product names and company trademarks listed on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Item Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with another similar item of same or better quality.
