Shipping method will be determined at the time the order is packaged and made ready for shipping. Most orders ship WITHIN 1-3 Business days of being placed. Delivery Area Surcharge:
If the delivery address you provide has a “delivery area surcharge” See Chart, We will choose the most affordable and fastest way to deliver your package to that address. Please note that inside this area is more expensive to deliver and may take longer (up to 21+ DAYS) for the delivery to be made.

Shipping & Handling:
Shipping and Handling charges are for contiguous U.S. states delivery only, Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and FPO, APO addresses are NOT INCLUDED. All orders needing shipping outside the contiguous USA WILL BE CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING COST PLUS 7% HANDLING FEE. FREE SHIPPING is available to contiguous U.S. customers only-Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories and FPO, APO addresses are NOT INCLUDED. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery of all orders. All orders submitted are considered as processed and are valid orders. Canceling the order after it has been placed will be considered as a return and will be processed as a return.
Bulk orders over $1000.00 May require additional shipping charges and will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
Important Shipping Notice: All shipped packages requiring “address corrections” will be automatically billed $16.50 “address correction fee” for each package.
Please be sure you provide the latest most accurate address available…nobody wins if address corrections are required. Thank You.
Free Shipping: Restrictions Apply, please read Carefully!
Orders placed with free shipping will be shipped at the end of our shipping day after all paid shipments are ready to be shipped. We do not break free shipping orders into multiple shipments because an item has been back ordered unless otherwise agreed upon. Free shipping orders can take up to 21 days for delivery depending or the delivery area. For zip codes listed with a “delivery area surcharge” Please See Chart and within the West Central US Shipping Zone no free shipping will be allowed. We can not correct orders after they have been placed. If the order was submitted without the free shipping code we may at our option offer a discount on the next order. Exchange orders are not eligible for free shipping discount.
Special Order: With all the different makes and models of vacuums on the market today, we strive to give you the most opportunity to get what you need. With that said, we do list many special order items that can take longer than normal to get in stock. Some special order item take several weeks or more to get in stock. We first try to find inventory within our dealer network of about 20 warehouses, next we go directly to the manufacturer. This process takes resources on our part and these orders cannot be cancelled. This is why we charge the order before we ship products.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR ORDER ENTRY SYSTEM IS AUTOMATED TO SPEED PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER.
Because our systems are automated we can NOT stop or change orders already placed.
All orders placed online via our site are considered as processed. We reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee if order has not been shipped yet to cover ALL cost associated with processing your order. Once the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but instead will be considered as a return. Credit card payment reversals (charge Backs) found to be fraudulent will be charged an additional $45.00 reversal fee. This fee and any legal fees will be charged to the customer and payment will be expected within 7 business days. All none paid accounts will be sent to a collections agency for further processing.

Please DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER! If you place your order and ask us to confirm on the order form it’s too late to make any changes. The order form goes into the warehouse and the selectors do not have model numbers to check and verify if what you ordered is correct. Please Contact us if you’re not sure. Incorrect orders shipped can be exchanged at your expense.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns may be made via UPS, FedEx or USPS at your expense.
All returned items to OnlineVacshop.com must have a RMA number and be in original UNOPENED packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please Contact us to get your RMA number.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Orders shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have actual shipping charges deducted from the credit after the restocking fee has been calculated. Exchange orders are not eligible for free shipping discount
Product exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee but a $5.00 processing fee will be applied. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All items are sold as is unless otherwise indicated. Some products carry a manufacturer’s warrantee that is strictly at the discretion of the manufacturer, not OnlineVacshop.com.
All Genuine parts will be specified as “Genuine” otherwise they are Replacement or Generic or After-market parts. Please call for verification.
Personal Checks: Personal checks are accepted however, merchandise will not ship until checks have cleared the banks (approximately 2 weeks). We have a $20 Bad check fee.
Security: OnlineVacshop.com makes every effort to protect your privacy. Our secure order system limits the chance of third party data interception. Use of this site is at the consumer’s own risk. We do not call customers asking for credit card information, instead we ask you to call us.
